We run SkyVisible (https://skyvisible.com). This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Last updated 2026-09-30.

What we collect

Account details. Your email address and, if you give it, your name. If you continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us (the openid email profile scopes). We never see or store your Google password.
Sign-in codes, when you ask for an email code we store a one-way hash of it for 10 minutes. We never store the code itself.
Orders, what you bought, the answers you gave at checkout, and delivery details you provide.
Messages, conversations between you and a seller on this site, so both of you (and our support team, for disputes) can read them.
Payments, handled by the payment provider you choose (for example Stripe or PayPal). We receive a payment reference, never your full card number.
Technical data. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, a cart cookie, and standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

How we use it

To sign you in, process and deliver orders, and let you talk to sellers.
To send emails you need: sign-in codes, order updates and message alerts.
To prevent fraud and keep the site safe.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Sellers see the order details and messages needed to fulfil your order.
Service providers that run the site for us: hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery, and payment processing, only as needed to provide the service.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; sessions after 30 days.

Your choices

You can see your orders under My account, ask us to correct or delete your data, or close your account at any time. If you signed in with Google you can also remove our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
